Start small. Choose one practice and make it your own.

Journaling & Reflection

Take five minutes with a notebook or a notes app. Choose one prompt and write without worrying about getting it right.

Prompts:
• What has been taking up most of my attention today?
• What would I like to make a little more room for this week?
• What is one small thing I appreciated today?

Finish with one sentence: My next small step is…

Sound & Frequency Tools

Begin with listening, rather than buying a tool. These are invitations to notice your preferences, not promises of a particular result.

Mini-practices:
• Listen to your surroundings — Spend a minute noticing nearby and distant sounds. Choose one to follow, then let your attention widen again.
• Choose a familiar track — Play a song you enjoy at a comfortable volume. Notice its rhythm, pauses, and instruments. Silence is an option too.
• Notice what you prefer — Compare a little music, a nature recording, and quiet. Jot down which you would choose for reading, reflection, or winding down.

Everyday Rituals

Pick one small practice and attach it to something you already do.

Mini-practices:
• A morning intention — Before opening your usual apps, choose one word for how you would like to approach the day.
• A mindful sip — With your next drink, pause to notice its temperature, scent, and taste.
• An evening closing note — Write one thing you want to remember from today and one thing that can wait until tomorrow.
